Do the tables come assembled?

We assemble the tables at your location on delivery. We’ll even take care of positioning the table exactly how you want it in your space. Nothing for you to do.

Do you offer a warranty?

All Urbi pieces are backed by our 100% Happiness Guarantee. Should there be any issue with your table, simply drop us a call or message and we’ll make things right.

How much is delivery?

Shipping is completely free for all major Australian capital cities. Live a little further out? There will be a small additional fee for delivery. This will be displayed at checkout, or you can reach out and ask us for more information.

Do you have a showroom I can visit?

Because we keep our overheads low so we can pass on the savings to you, we work exclusively online and don’t maintain a showroom. It’s also why we offer our 100% Happiness Guarantee so that, if by small chance you’re not happy with your Urbi once it’s delivered, you can return it.

How will I know when my Urbi will arrive?

We’ll keep you updated throughout the process once you place your order. And, once your Urbi is ready to deliver, will arrange a time that works for you.

Can I order a custom-sized table?

Our table designs are made for just about any space. But, if you have something extra special in mind, get in touch and we’ll put our design team on the job to create a table to your exact specifications.

How do I care for my Urbi?

One of the best things about Caersarstone® tops is their durability and the little need for maintenance. It’s one of the main reasons we select them for Urbi. Non-porous, non-absorbent and heat, stain, scratch and chip resistant, Caesarstone® simply needs basic everyday cleaning with warm soapy water or Caesarstone® cleaning wipes and spray.
