Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you’re not 100% happy with your Urbi we’ll provide you with a full refund.
Under the Urbi 30-day guarantee, customer is responsible for paying full cost of return shipping of an Urbi item to Urbi Furniture, either as quoted by Urbi Furniture’s delivery partners or through customer’s own shipping arrangements.
Refunds Due to Material Issue or Damage
We offer limited warranties for all materials used to construct each Urbi piece. Should there be any issue or damage caused during the manufacture, delivery or positioning of an Urbi piece, we will provide a replacement for the damaged item.
Caesarstone® Table Tops
Made from market-leading Caersarstone® quartz, we offer a 10-year warranty from the original date of delivery of your Urbi stone top surface, should it fail due to any manufacturing defect or installation when installed by an Urbi representative. This warranty applies to the repair or replacement of the failed table top material that has been used as part of your Urbi.
Frames
Guaranteed up to 12 months. In the event of a defect or issue with your frame caused by manufacturing or installation, we will replace it with a brand new one.
The option to repair or replace Urbi table tops or frames is at the sole discretion of Urbi Furniture. The warranties offered are available only to the original purchaser of an Urbi table. Urbi Furniture is not responsible for damage or injury caused in whole or in part by acts of God, structural movement, acts of vandalism or accidents, and typical wear from daily use. Urbi Furniture shall not be responsible in either contract or tort for any loss of direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of the use or the inability to use the products covered by this warranty. The foregoing is the complete warranty for Urbi Furniture and supersedes all other warranties and representations, whether oral or written. Except as expressly set forth above, no other warranties are made with respect to Urbi Furniture.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Urbi will only provide refunds for items with damage or defects that are the responsibility of Urbi or our delivery partners. Damage caused by customer once an item has been received is not covered by this refund policy.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at howdy@urbi.com.au and send your item to: Po Box 388, Coburg VIC 3058.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Po Box 388, Coburg VIC 3058.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Due to the cost of Urbi items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
