SHIPPING POLICY

Urbi items are large, weighty and delicate. There are multiple aspects that go into the delivery process to ensure reliability, security and efficiency. Due to the complex nature of shipping Urbi items, delays can occur and require extra time to complete delivery. Further, Urbi materials are sourced from select, premium supplies, which can mean further delays in shipping may be caused due to delays in materials arriving. Please note that all booking dates are indicative and are not guaranteed. Lead times may vary based on product availability and delivery scheduling. If you have provided your contact information, our team will contact your regarding your delivery date either via phone, SMS or email.

DELIVERY FEES

Delivery of Urbi items is undertaken by third-party specialist contractors and delivery fee is payable to them. Your delivery fee depends on the size of your item and your delivery location. Entering your information correctly at the time of purchase will ensure we can provide you with a precise and accurate delivery fee. ONLINE ORDERS

When ordering online, your delivery charges will be calculated automatically and displayed at the checkout process prior to payment and order completion. Delivery costs will vary based on the size, weight and delivery location. It is your responsibility to be aware of the cost of delivery as calculated during checkout.

FREE SHIPPING

Urbi Furniture offers free shipping to Melbourne and Sydney metropolitan areas. If your item is eligible for free shipping based on your shipping location, this will be displayed during checkout.

ASSEMBLY & POSITIONING

Urbi Furniture provides assembly and positioning service as part of delivery.

DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions apply to the delivery of Urbi items:

• We require proof of identification upon receipt of your Urbi item.
• For delivery to be completed, someone must be at your location to receive your item. We cannot provide a specific time of delivery. If no one is at your location on the day of delivery, re-delivery fees will apply for items.
• Delivery fees for custom items will be provided upon request.
• Urbi Furniture only delivers within Australia. We reserve the right to decline or accept orders to certain locations.
• Urbi items must be paid for in full prior to delivery.
• Due to the need to assemble your Urbi item, it is important that you have sufficient space at your location to assemble and install your Urbi item.
• Once arrangement for a delivery day is confirmed, there will be a re-delivery charge if no person is at the delivery address on the day of delivery or the delivery is cancelled by the customer on the day of delivery.
• On receipt of your Urbi item, ensure that you inspect it thoroughly before signing that the item has been received in good condition as any claims for scratches, marks, dents, cracks, chips or other damage will not be accepted.
• Urbi Furniture takes no responsibility for the removal of packing and wrapping materials, unless otherwise specified
